We provide a variety of Day Delegate or 24-hour Delegate rates. Alternatively, we can tailor a package to meet your specific needs.
CONSERVATORY SUITE
This ground floor space, which is equipped with facilities for disabled access, ensures full accessibility for all individuals. This area can accommodate between 35 and 120 people. The door measurements are 2.2 meters in height and 0.85 meters in width.
LILLI ROOM
The ground floor space, equipped with facilities for disabled access, ensures full accessibility for all individuals and can accommodate between 20 and 50 people. The door measurements are 2 meters in height and 1.7 meters in width.
CHURCHILL
The ground floor space, equipped with facilities for disabled access, ensures full accessibility for all individuals and can accommodate between 11 and 52 people. The door measurements are 2 meters in height and 0.85 meters in width.
Baddow
The ground floor space, equipped with facilities for disabled access, ensures full accessibility for all individuals and can accommodate between 12 and 45 people. The door measurements are 2 meters in height and 1.7 meters in width.
AlberT & Victoria
The ground floor space, equipped with facilities for disabled access, ensures full accessibility for all individuals and can accommodate up to 6. The door measurements are 2 meters in height and 1.7 meters in width.

"We stayed at Pontlands two weekend running, had a Deluxe room and a standard room. The rooms were beautiful, very well appointed have everything you need, lovely bedding, quality decoration and furniture, bathrooms were very bright and spacious with good towels and bath products. The grounds are very well cared for, immaculate in fact and very beautiful. All the staff are polite and courteous nothing is too much trouble. We only had breakfast in the hotel, it was extremely good plenty of choice and very well presented and of good quality. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope I do soon!"

"I booked a festive afternoon tea for an overseas visitor. I can honestly say this was the best afternoon tea I have had, and I will be back for another at some time. We weren't rushed, nothing was too much for the staff and of course the food was delicious. We were given boxes to bring home the treats we were unable to finish."
We stayed overnight as a family in July to celebrate our son's 40th birthday & had the best time. I really couldn’t fault this hotel. So impressed with the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, the hotel facilities & the restaurant. Our son & daughter each had a family suite & my husband & I had a superior room all of which were spacious, clean & very comfortable. We all enjoyed the indoor pool (it was too windy for us to try the outdoor) & the adults found the jacuzzi’s & sauna really relaxing. Our meal in the evening was excellent & our 2 waiters were great. Everyone really helped to make our celebration very special!
"Myself and my partner had afternoon tea at the hotel on Saturday just gone and what a delight it was from start to finish. Despite the hotel being quite busy with functions etc the attention to detail was immaculate. The food was incredibly fresh, tea and coffee was regularly topped up, the service was spot on and the environment was just right. All Conference Rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi internet access at no additional charge and are laid to your pre-advised requirements and include bottled still and sparkling water, cordials, mints, paper and pencils. At a chargeable fee, you can hire flipchart & pad, projector screens, LCD high-res projector & screen, and microphones.
Yes, our Conservatory suite is air-conditioned.
We have ample free parking, and a Project EV pro charger 22kw (first come first served basis, charges apply via their app).
We have six conference rooms that are the perfect solution for your business meeting, from a syndicate or breakout room in the Victoria and Albert rooms to the self-contained Conservatory suite for up to 100 guests theatre style. The dedicated Lilli and Churchill rooms, purpose-built with conferences in mind, both enjoy a peaceful location overlooking our tranquil gardens allowing you to concentrate on the business in hand.
We can offer breakfast meetings from 7am, half-day, full day or evening-only hire.
Final number of delegates must be given 5 days prior to the conference, should numbers reduce after this, this is the number that will be charged for.
